In the manufacturing process of double-sided machine, due to processing equipment, welding deformation and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure that the upper surface of the heating box is flat. In the process of cardboard, the upper surface of the hot box will be convex and concave due to the temperature difference between different parts of the surface of the hot box (the temperature of the cardboard on the surface of the heating box is low and the temperature of the rest of the hot box is high). In terms of equipment, it will also cause more and more serious depression in the middle of the upper surface due to the uneven wear of the cardboard on the surface of the heating box for a long time during the production of corrugated cardboard.
This phenomenon of convex and concave on the surface will not only cause the corrugated cardboard on both sides to have no ballast due to the serious protrusion of the upper surface of the heating box and cannot be bonded, but also cause the corrugated cardboard part of the middle cardboard to collapse due to overloading. Because the cardboard and the surface of the heating box are not in contact, the heat conduction efficiency of the double-sided machine is reduced, resulting in a huge waste of heat energy, inverted corrugation, or due to the serious depression on the surface of the heating box, the corrugated cardboard on both sides is overloaded, resulting in collapse and collapse. Corrugated, and the middle part of the cardboard has no ballast and cannot be bonded, which will cause a lot of waste of corrugated cardboard and extremely serious economic losses.
